The organization also offers clinical supervision by our Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, RBA. Located in Mississauga, ON, Exceptional Minds is dedicated to helping children and their families thrive through evidence-based ABA and individualized care. Role Description We are offering both part-time and full-time, on-site roles located in Mississauga, ON, for Behavioral Therapists at Exceptional Minds Adaptive Learning Services. The Behavioral Therapist will implement therapy programs for children and adolescents with developmental needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Daily responsibilities include conducting individual or group therapy sessions, monitoring progress, collecting data, assisting in the development of Individualized Service Plans, and collaborating with caregivers and team members to foster a positive learning environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis principles Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with children Background in Psychology or a related field Experience working with individuals with Autism or other developmental needs Organizational and data collection skills to monitor progress and assist in program development Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field is preferred Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is an asset Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children and their families Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider Industries Individual and Family Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Exceptional Minds Adaptive Learning Services by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
