Position Details Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Earl's PHARMACY in Saskatoon, SK. Earl’s is a leader and innovator in the field of public LTC pharmacy services. This position will allow you to work collaboratively with a top team of experienced pharmacists, nursing staff, physicians and other members of the health care team to deliver truly resident-centred care. We also enjoy great relationships with group homes and supported living groups. We work closely with the SHA to develop best practices and have helped to build out procedures and standards that are used province-wide. Work Schedule 32-40 hours per week; General shift: 8:30‑5:30 or 9:00‑6:00 Monday‑Friday with a weekend rotation (approximately one month per year) and offset days off during the week when this occurs. Resident‑Focused Care Responsibilities Annual resident interdisciplinary care conferences Quarterly medication reviews Weekly hospice rounds with physician Leading off‑site vaccination clinics Consulting with nursing staff to build drug therapy regimens for complex disease states Answer questions from residents and families related to drug therapy Providing education seminars to nursing staff on various health topicsli> Annual medication reviews (SMAPs and mental health medication reviews) Qualifications & Skills Experience in Kroll Experience working in a retail environment Experience working with long‑term care, geriatric or palliative patients considered an asset Good communication skills (both oral and written) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team Strong collaboration and problem‑solving skills What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Paid time off RRSP matching Extended health care Vision and dental care Life and disability insurance Malpractice/License Continuing education allowance Equal Opportunity Statement Neighbourly Pharmacy is an equal opportunity employer.
