This position requires the ability to travel within Saskatchewan, with all applicable travel expenses covered by the company.Patient Focused Care ResponsibilitiesDeliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.Administer vaccines and immunizationsDetermine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactionsCounsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storageSupervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activitiesEnsure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practiceCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomesAssist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assignedQualificationsLicensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of PharmacistInjection certification is requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyCollaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive wagesRobust Sign-on bonusClinical service revenue bonusComprehensive health and dental benefitsLicense and malpractice reimbursement5% RRSP matchingOpportunity for career growth and professional development supportLocation: Based out of Saskatoon, SKWho We AreNeighbourly Pharmacy is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of community pharmacies.
