**Smoker Supervisor
We are looking for someone who can help us maintain and continue building on our smoked meat

program.

**Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ability to follow recipes for a consistent product
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with manager for orders
- Maintaining, and using smoker, vacuum sealer, bandsaw, grinder, and meat slicer in a safe and

responsible manner
- Using and maintaining knives and other hand tools and accessories correctly and safely
- Displaying and maintaining smoked meat products, checking for quality daily
- Observing sanitation practices and procedures to prevent contamination
- Answer Customer questions and ensure Customers leave satisfied
- Be aware of department promotions
- Ensure food storage conditions are adequate and safe food handling standards are being followed

**Qualifications**:

- Able to work independently
- Work varying shifts, including weekends
- Excellent Customer Service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

**Terms of Employment**: Full-Time

**Wage**: Starting at $18.00/hour, to be negotiated on experience
