Job Summary The Centre for Precision Psychiatry seeks a clinical research coordinator to collaborate on a mental health biobank project. Responsibilities include recruiting patients, obtaining consent, conducting standardized clinical interviews, drawing blood, entering data, and ensuring data quality. A valid nurse licence and experience in blood draws are required. The role is a 6‑month contract, potentially extendable. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and organizing the research project. Recruit and monitor patients for the study. Obtain consent from patients to participate. Conduct standardized clinical interviews. Draw blood samples according to protocol. Ensure quality of collected biological and clinical data. Enter data accurately into the system. Review patient charts. Draft research documents for researchers, participants, clinicians, and the research team. Extract clinical‑administrative data. Maintain good relations with clinicians. Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor. Education & Experience Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Nursing. Two years of related experience. Any research experience is an asset. Professional Membership OIIQ licence required. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written French and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently or in team with minimal supervision. Demonstrated diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment. Additional Information Status: Temporary, full time (35‑hour workweek) Pay Scale: $44,408.00 - $82,427.80 (commensurate with education and experience) Work Shift: Variable schedule: primarily weekdays 9‑5, with up to 3.5 daytime and 3.5 evening weekend hours as needed. Work Site: Allan Memorial Institute, 1025 Pine Ave. W; occasional duties at Montreal General Hospital or Douglas Mental Health Research Institute.
