Job Overview Our client, a leading innovator in the field of men’s sexual health, is seeking a full-time Nurse Clinician to lead their high-performing medical team. As important as the experience and technical know-how, they need someone with superior communication skills, coupled with a high degree of business and sales acumen. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical and physical assessments Administer clinical treatments in accordance with established protocols Maintain accurate clinical documentation, charting, and treatment notes Manage patient follow-ups, scheduling, and care coordination Educate patients about their condition and treatment options Communicate sensitively and clearly with patients of diverse backgrounds Work independently while upholding clinical standards and care quality Required Qualifications Active nursing license (RN, RPN, or NP) in Ontario 5+ years of clinical nursing experience (experience in sexual / reproductive health is a plus) Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and professionalism Ability to deliver hands‑on care in a private, focused clinical setting Other Details Monday to Friday work schedule; occasional overtime as needed Very competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience On‑site role at a men’s wellness clinic Please send your resume, in confidence, to patrick.power@alternacare.ca.
