Senior Property Manager We’re looking for a Senior Property Manager to lead the operations of a dynamic portfolio of various commercial buildings. Senior Property Manager | Job Description Primary Purpose The Senior Property Manager provides professional oversight and direction in the management of an assigned portfolio of properties across various asset classes, spearheads new initiatives, and demonstrates the Warrington PCI Management mission to maximize the return on and value of client real‑estate assets. Responsibilities The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal departments to improve efficiency and standardize reporting; review and implement operating procedures and software; develop and execute new initiatives. Team and Stakeholder Management: Work with clients, tenants, vendors, contractors, accounting, and administrative staff; supervise building operations staff; manage property administrator staff; maintain positive tenant relations. Property Management: Manage a commercial portfolio; ensure mechanical and safety systems are maintained; conduct inspections; administer insurance, risk, and claims; prepare financial reports and budgets; manage capital improvement projects; handle accounts receivable and lease administration. Other Duties: Perform tasks directed by the Director, VP, or SVP of Property Management. Qualifications Degree or diploma in a related field, preferably commerce or business Minimum 10 years of property‑management experience, including office, retail, and/or industrial portfolios Valid and active BC rental‑management license (BCFSA) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with Yardi Voyager and PayScan is an asset Valid driver’s license with satisfactory abstract Exceptional managerial, leadership, customer‑service, and communication skills Strong financial management skills and business acumen Ability to interpret and negotiate complex lease agreements Practical judgement, decisive manner, and ability to work under pressure Detail‑oriented with analytical and problem‑solving abilities Positive, self‑starter, self‑motivated, hands‑on mentality for independent and team work Commitment to exceptional customer service Knowledge of operations procedures, maintenance, construction, contract negotiation, legal implications, accounting/finance, and computer applications Excellent organization and time‑management skills Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Consulting Industries Real Estate and Equipment Rental Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
