This role requires advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power BI, alongside strong capabilities in documentation, requirements gathering, and cross-functional team collaboration. You will be responsible for rebuilding key applications, optimizing architectural frameworks, and supporting high-impact analytics dashboards to ensure long-term scalability and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesRebuild and modernize existing PGA applications using Power AppsDevelop key artifacts including requirements and design documentation for future platform supportEnhance applications and generate supporting documentation such as checklists and review processesRebuild and optimize Power BI dashboards for operational analytics and reportingProvide ongoing support and coverage (backfill) for re-engineered applicationsCollaborate with existing teams to refine and optimize PGA application architectureParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies and team sessions, including Iteration Planning, PI Planning, Daily Standups, SIT/UAT Standups, and Release PlanningPerform requirements gathering and detailed documentationLead design and development of Power Apps and Power BI reporting solutionsSupport application high-level design processesAssist with testing phases including Functional (FIT), System Integration (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Triage and resolve bugs/defects during Hypercare and post-deployment phasesTechnical ProfileProficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)Experience with Power BI development and data visualizationFamiliarity with SharePoint integrationStrong background in requirements documentation, design artifact creation, and Agile practicesUnderstanding of application architecture optimization and platform scalabilityCapability to support full software development lifecycle, including testing and HypercareFunctional ProfileExperience working within Agile environments and participating in all related ceremoniesAbility to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specificationsStrong collaboration skills with development, architecture, and business teamsKnowledge of enterprise governance and review processesComfort in working in hybrid business-IT teams to drive platform successSkills SummaryCore Expertise:Power Platform Application Development, Requirements Documentation, Agile Delivery, Dashboard DesignLanguages & FrameworksPower Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power FxBuild & Testing ToolsPower Platform CLI, Azure DevOps (optional), Test Studio for Power AppsOther Tools & TechnologiesPower BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, DataverseSoft SkillsAnalytical Thinking, Stakeholder Communication, Agile Collaboration, Problem Solving, Documentation Excellence, InitiativeThe pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.86/hour - $62.29/hour.
