Welders and Fitters Needed in Paris, ON

Cambridge Pro Fab is hiring Welders and Fitters for daytime shifts at our expanding facility in Paris, Ontario. Your craftsmanship will help drive our production of quality components. As a part of our growth, we are seeking skilled individuals experienced in structural steel fabrication. You will join our existing team at the Brantford location for hands-on training before our new facility opens. With an emphasis on safety and quality, you'll work on projects that support significant industrial developments and enjoy a 4-day workweek.

Key Responsibilities
• Layout work based on engineering estimates and blueprints
• Fit and weld stainless and carbon steel components
• Ensure precision by using metallurgy knowledge
• Use cranes, forklifts, and ladders with proper training
• Collaborate to achieve daily production objectives

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as a Fitter Welder (FCAW, GMAW, GTAW)
• Must pass welding tests and blueprint reading evaluations
• Current CWB welding certifications preferred
• Physically fit to handle work demands
