Overview Retail Store Supervisor - Head Office role at Tennis Giant. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, and supporting the team on-site. This position is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about retail. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate store staff, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Support, mentor, and train employees in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction. Assist in scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate coverage during store hours. Monitor inventory, restock shelves, and minimize stock discrepancies. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. Oversee sales transactions, daily reporting, and cash handling procedures. Maintain attractive and clean store displays consistent with company branding. Ensure compliance with store policies and health/safety regulations. Support marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to drive sales. Exigences / Requirements Previous experience in retail and team supervision. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities. Basic knowledge of tennis products is an asset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Bilingual – Fluent in English and French. Éducation et Expérience / Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Retail management experience preferred. Tennis knowledge is a plus.
