Position: Program Advisor, Employee Recognition Location: Downtown Toronto Salary: $45 to $55 per hour depending on experience Job Type: 6-month contract with potential to extend Are you passionate about building programs that celebrate people and drive engagement? We’re seeking a Program Advisor to lead the launch of a global recognition initiative for a dynamic and globally respected investment organization in downtown Toronto. This is a unique opportunity to shape a signature program that reinforces a culture of appreciation across all levels of the organization. You’ll partner with internal leaders and external vendors to design, implement, and sustain an enterprise-wide recognition platform that has a real impact on employees worldwide. What You’ll Do: Design and implement a global recognition framework aligned with organizational values and leadership expectations. Lead end-to-end program delivery with internal teams and a third‑party vendor. Develop communication, training, and change management resources to drive awareness and adoption. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure inclusivity, local relevance, and alignment with priorities. Monitor program impact using data, dashboards, and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years in HR, Total Rewards, or Employee Engagement programs, with hands‑on recognition program experience. Experience with third‑party recognition platforms (e.g., Achievers, Workday, Kudos, Bonusly). Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at all organizational levels. Strategic thinker who balances design creativity with operational excellence.
