Senior Paid Media SpecialistOur client, a well-known international CPG company is looking for a new Senior Paid Media Specialist to contribute to their team. You’ll work with established  brands and a wide variety of platforms to maintain the company’s strong foothold in their market and maximize profitability. From optimizing ad spend to analyzing performance metrics, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their online presence and driving tangible results.Key Responsibilities As a Senior Paid Media Specialist you will:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to bring marketing strategies to life across a wide variety of channels and platforms.
  • Work closely with internal teams to own digital media planning and strategy, then execute on those campaigns throughout the year.
  • Organize and execute paid social and programmatic campaigns to drive engagement and reach wide audiences across various platforms such as  Pinterest, You Tube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
  • Work with partnering customers on their digital platforms to support and execute media buys.
  • Conduct post-campaign reporting and performance analysis, using insights to recommend strategic changes across associated  channels.
  • Support the analysis of data/metrics using enterprise tools, Analytics 360, etc.
  • Collaborate with ad trafficking, serving, and other relevant stakeholders to effectively manage the digital media process.
  • Thoroughly research and understand the company’s target audience, ensuring effective reach and engagement.
  • Review and test new digital media channels and evaluate future opportunities. 
  • Monitor, identify and track consumer trends, ensuring the digital strategy remains relevant based on evolving trends and insights from key stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Cultivate strong cross functional working relationships, building trust and a high degree of communication.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience; preferably in CPG.
  • Strong knowledge of various digital media technologies (e.g., DSPs, Analytics, etc.) and social ad serving channels (e.g., Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Linkedin, Youtube, etc.).
  • Experience in collaborating with agency partners to execute buys, conduct optimizations, and monitor effectiveness.
  • Prior experience with ad ops on digital/social channels, ideally in the retail space.
  • Well-versed in MS Office.
