Location: Western Canada (Hybrid Work Model)Employment Type: Full‑TimeDepartment: Enterprise SalesReports To: Director of Sales What You’ll Do As a key leader within TELUS Technical Sales, you’ll: Inspire, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team to deliver exceptional results. Drive profitable revenue growth aligned with TELUS’ business strategy and capabilities. Build and nurture strategic relationships with industry‑leading partners and enterprise clients. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that transform business communications. Lead with vision and execute with precision to achieve measurable results. Qualifications What You Bring 5 years of proven sales leadership experience in Unified Communications. A track record of leading successful enterprise solutions sales teams. Strong expertise in engaging and influencing C‑suite stakeholders. In‑depth experience in the telecom industry or related enterprise sectors. Knowledge of both public and commercial sector business needs. Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) is an asset. Preferred Qualifications: Professional sales certifications that showcase your commitment to excellence. University degree or equivalent senior‑level experience. Expertise with platforms like Cisco, Microsoft, or Avaya. Advanced knowledge of cloud voice and managed services solutions. Why Join TELUS? Salary Range: $101,000‑$151,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: $60,000‑80,000 Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, and experience.
