In summer 2018, the company opened an office in the United States to serve the American market, and in 2021, we completed our North American presence by opening an office in Mexico.We’re looking for exceptional, diverse, team-oriented individuals who want to join an innovative, fast-growing company focused on customer success.SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEERINTEGRIM wishes to add to its team a “Software Quality Assurance Engineer” who will be responsible for developing and carrying out exploratory and automated testing campaigns to ensure the quality of its SenSaaS – a cloud platform developed by INTEGRIM for its customers. Among other things, the quality assurance engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing tests based on product specifications, customer requests for changes to existing products, and product upgrades to higher versions.RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the VP Research and Development, and working closely with the development team, the Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for..:⦁ Review requirements, specifications, change requests and engineering design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.⦁ Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and records.⦁ Evaluate, prioritize, plan and coordinate test activities.⦁ Identify, record, document in detail and track bugs⦁ Carry out thorough regression testing once bugs have been resolved⦁ Develop and implement testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs⦁ Liaise with internal teams (software developers, information extraction team, business analysts…) to identify system requirements⦁ Monitor process results and report test campaign results.REQUIREMENTSThe desired candidate possesses:⦁ College diploma in computer technology or a combination of training and experience relevant to the position.⦁ Proven professional experience in software quality assurance⦁ Solid knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools and processes.⦁ Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.⦁ Knowledge of document management systems, ERP systems and notions of accounting would be an advantage⦁ Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)⦁ Autonomous, organized, rigorous⦁ Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team to achieve common goals⦁ Ability to work on several projects simultaneously⦁ Demonstrates a keen interest in new technological developments⦁ Flexibility to adapt working hours according to deliverablesSalary according to experienceFull-time position Monday to Friday with a 37.5-hour work week with team scrumRemote or hybrid work available (downtown Montreal)The company offers full group insurance (including dental, travel health, life, personal and dependent insurance, long-term disability, eye exams, employee assistance program, 24/7 access to a doctor via Maple) after 3 months and a simplified defined contribution pension plan.Please submit your application by e-mail to rh@integrim.com, mentioning the position you are applying for.The masculine gender is used for ease of reading only.
