Join S&C to make an impact on tomorrow’s energy challenges Work Arrangement Onsite Work Term Summer 2026 (4 Months: May – August) Compensation The hourly pay range for this position is $20.35 – $25.95. Individual pay within this range is determined by several compensable factors, including the year of study, type of academic program, and the number of prior co‑op work terms completed. Position HR Program Coordinator (Co‑op) Key Responsibilities Support the HR Program & Projects team with developing and implementing solutions. Support the HR Program & Projects team with communication and coordination with the production operations team. Support the HR Program & Projects team with the administration of on‑the‑job evaluations for the production operations team. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather system requirements. Manage version control and maintain system documentation for business software. Ensure efficient file organization and oversee critical document maintenance. Prepare, format, and maintain various business documents to company standards. Assist in software testing and report issues for prompt resolution. Uphold documentation compliance with business requirements and internal policies. Manage data reporting and analytics activities by: Compiling, cleaning, and manipulating large datasets; Performing trend analysis; Developing recurring and ad‑hoc reports; Creating clear visualizations to support HR program decisions and operational planning. What You’ll Need To Succeed Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Analysis, IT Management, Project Management, or a related course. Detail‑oriented with a high level of organizational skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formulas, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Effort Normal or frequent minor physical effort is required for the day‑to‑day activity in the workplace. May involve standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs and lifting/moving/using objects or equipment up to 20 lbs. Work Environment Acceptable working environment with minor or almost no disagreeable or challenging working conditions as part of everyday expected levels (all jobs will occasionally experience undesirable or disagreeable events).
