Mandatory Technical Criteria
M1. The proposed resource must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as an ERP Programmer Analyst, Level 3

M2. The proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience developing and supporting an SAP Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse environment for a Canadian Federal, Provincial or Municipal Government department, Agency or Crown corporation. A minimum of 1 year must be with the Canadian Federal Government.

M3. The proposed resource should have a minimum of twelve (12) months of experience developing and supporting solutions running on a current SAP BW on HANA environment.

M4. The proposed resource must hold technical certification at a minimum of Associate level in SAP Business Intelligence.

M5. The proposed resource must hold a technical certification in one of the Data analytics software that is currently installed in the Federal Government, such as SAS.

M6. The proposed resource must have minimum of 1 project (Minimum 6 month period to be considered a project.) reviewing multiple data sources and making recommendations on data roadmap/technologies. This includes mapping documents for data flow, reviewing scripts, retrieving data and building/running Proof of Concepts.

M7. The proposed resource must have a minimum of 3 months working with one of the following cloud service providers (AZURE, AWS or Google) within an SAP environment.

Rated Criteria
R1. The proposed resource should demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that he has experience planning, designing, implementing, and supporting the back-end solution of SAP BI/BW reporting and analytics environment for a Public Sector client as outlined above.
Each project description must specify the details of the back-end configuration.

R2. The proposed resource should demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that he has experience as a Lead SAP Technical Analyst in one (1) or more end to end implementations of an SAP BI / BW solution using SAP Solution Manager.
For experience to qualify, the resource must provide a client reference (name, email and title) that supports that the resource was a Lead.

R3. The proposed resource has experience with all of the following:
Data Models
Data Sources
Data Extractions
Data loads
Data flow Design
Data Transformation
For experience to quality, all activities must have been done.

R4. The proposed resource should have experience implementing SAP BW Objects for the following modules based on the new Layered Scalable Architecture (LSA++) and / or the predecessor Layered Scalable Architecture (LSA):
(experience or each module must be demonstrated for a minimum of 6 months)
FI (Finance)
CO (Controlling)
FM (Funds Management)
PS (Project Systems)
MM (Material Management)
IM (Inventory Management)
PM(Plant Maintenance)
SD (Sales and Distribution)
RE (Real Estate)
HCM (Human Capital Management)

R5. The proposed resource should have combined experience designing, configuring, and implementing solutions with the BEx (Business Explorer) Analyzer analytical, reporting, and design tool.

R6. The proposed resource has previous DND experience with similar services
