This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on implementation, requiring deep technical expertise and strong communication skills. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to develop secure, scalable, and compliant architectures.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and present Information Security Architecture roadmaps and executive‑level presentationsLead architecture discussions and define technical security requirementsDesign and implement solutions across network, cloud, endpoint, and data security domainsConduct security assessments and ensure compliance with standards and regulationsProvide technical leadership and support to internal teams and clientsStay current with emerging threats, technologies, and best practicesCritical QualificationsActive Government of Canada "Secret" Security Clearance (mandatory)10+ years in Information Security, including 5+ years in Security ArchitectureStrong knowledge of SA&A processes, ITSG-22, ITSG-33, and SRTM mappingExperience with ISO 2700x, TOGAF, ITIL, PCI-DSS, and Agile methodologiesProven ability to design solutions for authentication, encryption, GRC, identity & access managementBachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fieldHigh integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential informationPreferred QualificationsCISSP, TOGAF 9, or CSM certificationsExperience in business continuity, auditing, and risk managementAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional InformationFor work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
