Compensation and Benefits:

  1. We are a UA Local 516 associate
  2. We reimburse for parking or a transit pass.
  3. Personal protective equipment and swag were provided.

Experience:

  1. 4-5 years of construction and/or plumbing experience
  2. Red Seal Certification HVAC
  3. Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, Structural with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines
  4. Proficient in take-off/site design and material management
  5. Understanding of sub-trades scope/scheduling/interference
  6. Ability to manage, mentor and supervise 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year apprentices
