Job Title: Licensed HVAC Technician

As a Licensed HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across various client sites. You will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with all relevant HVAC standards and codes
  • Perform basic inspections on HVAC systems and log results
  • Operate, maintain, service, repair, install, and replace HVAC equipment, components, and parts
  • Assist with scheduling and supervising of HVAC subcontractors
  • Execute the HVAC preventative maintenance program
  • Operate DDC software and monitor and adjust as needed
  • Lead and provide direction to Building Operators
  • Attend After Hours HVAC emergencies and planned shut downs/start ups
  • Travel and work at all client sites
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Journeyperson directly related to the operation and maintenance of building systems
  • Red Seal certification in BC
  • Valid BC driver's license
