We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team at Jannatec Technologies to help deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability. Responsibilities Managing two‑way radio and wireless communication systems. Maintaining leaky feeder systems utilizing underground and surface coverage. Operating mobile proximity detection system on mining equipment. Additional Responsibilities In‑house bench repairs. Assisting with product builds as required. Processing work orders, service reports and other administrative paperwork associated with day‑to‑day operations. Assisting in design and configuration of product and applications based on specific site requirements. Other tasks assigned by management. Job Details Working out of the Jannatec Technologies Sudbury office. Compensation commensurate with experience. Available as soon as possible. Day shift (Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. Some overtime may be required. On‑call rotation. Able to work underground at various mine sites. Willing and able to travel within Canada and internationally. Job Requirements Preference for an individual with a college diploma. Experience with two‑way radios/wireless systems is an asset; training will be provided to a suitable candidate. Ability to distinguish colours. Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract. Required Skills Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work with hand tools. Ability to follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong team player with a positive and self‑motivated attitude. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with networking software, hardware, communication software, MS Office, MS Outlook, radio communication equipment is an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
