This person must be detail-oriented, have strong customer service values, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will also work closely with the Facilities Manager on projects and daily operations.What You'll DoProvide excellent customer service to all Veeva guests & employees with any office related requestsCoordinate Veeva’s programsCoordinate events onsite or offsite such as lunches, socials, activities, and speakersAssist with Facility requests, building maintenance, and vendor coordinationOrganized and maintain common area appearancesManage in & outgoing mail, shipping (FedEx), and deliveriesMaintain inventory and budgetRequirementsExcellent customer service, communication/interpersonal skillsPrior customer service or front office experience in a professional business officeStrong organizational skillsIntermediate to advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)Adapts quickly to new technologyAble to juggle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracySelf-starter with positive, can-do attitudeAbility to adjust to changing environmentsMust have a flexible scheduleAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.Nice to HavePreferred: Post-secondary educationPrevious experience working with a technology companyExperience with Adobe Creative SuiteDeep understanding of Google applicationsHealth and safety knowledge; JHSC, First Aid, Fire WardenPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insurancePTO and company-paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $20 - $28 CAD/hourThe salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
