They will support creating an authentic people experience both front and/or back of house.Key Job ResponsibilitiesImpacts the business and store environment in a positive manner that aligns with Store goals and ALO’s guiding principlesDrive and exceed sales targets by utilizing ALO’s Flow initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiencyProvide a friendly “greet” and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support the customer engagement.Process customer transactions and returns in accordance with policy and proceduresKnowledge of store goals, company communications, initiatives, new product launches and any additional information required by the Store Leadership Team; educate on guest-facing initiatives on the floorLeverages company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goalsResolve client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfactionAssists in processing shipment, in a timely mannerSupports with replenishment in on the sales floor, in a timely mannerEnsure all front and back of house procedures are executed in accordance with company Policy & ProceduresDuties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficientlySeasonal Associate QualificationsPreferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environmentPassion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiencesAligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding PrinciplesRequires constant movement in and around all areas of storeAbility to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 poundsAbility to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladderAbility to stand and move for an entire shiftSeasonal Associate ScheduleSeasonal, Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 20 hours per week, based on the needs of the business, for a shift minimum of 4 hours.
