**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions accurately, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Assist with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Support promotional activities and events as directed by management.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with technical sales is a plus, as well as experience in cashiering or cash handling.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
