To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What You’ll Be Doing As a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll work in a fast‑paced Banking Centre and proactively engage with clients, leveraging CIBC’s mobile and online banking options to recommend the right products and solutions. You’ll be flexible to work our banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and may work at multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance. You’ll be on‑site full‑time. How You’ll Succeed Client engagement – Meet with clients to understand their priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward‑looking financial plan using technology, cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection. Relationship building – Engage in marketing and outreach to show clients you value them, grow your network, deepen relationships, and work as one team. Leveraging technology – Become a technology expert and introduce clients to our mobile banking applications to help them manage their banking needs. Who You Are You put our clients first and engage with purpose to find the right solutions. You’re goal‑oriented and motivated by achieving results. You notice details that matter and use critical thinking to inform decisions. You’re passionate about people and value diverse relationships, showing respect and authenticity. You love to learn, are curious, and grow your knowledge. You have at least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results; prior banking experience is an asset. You are a certified professional with current Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada). You value trust, teamwork, and accountability and bring your real self to work.
