We’re looking for a dedicated Planner Associate / Paraplanner to join our planning team at Parallel Wealth. You'll support our advisors with plan preparation, analysis, client communication, and ongoing service, all with the goal of delivering an exceptional and seamless client experience. If you’re detail oriented, able to manage multiple responsibilities, and looking for a role that offers a clear path for growth, this position is an excellent fit. In this role, you will work closely with our senior financial planners to prepare and maintain client financial plans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every detail. You’ll play a key role in supporting plan updates, data entry, and investment reviews. You will also participate in strategy calls with prospective clients, respond to inbound client inquiries, and collaborate with our marketing team to ensure financial content is accurate and up to date. This role provides excellent exposure to the financial planning profession and offers the tools, mentorship, and experience needed to grow into future planning positions. As a Planner Associate/Paraplanner, you will: Assist senior planners in servicing an established client base, focusing on retirement plan maintenance Participate in strategy calls with prospective clients and assist with follow-up communication Respond to prospective client emails and provide accurate, timely information about our services Enter data for investment reviews and generate insurance illustrations as required Contribute to continuous process improvements and team efficiency Our Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the financial planning profession. You communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities well, and enjoy supporting both planners and clients. You’re comfortable handling data, contributing to accurate financial plans, and assisting with prospective client conversations. Above all, you’re motivated to learn, collaborate, and build a long-term career with a team that values integrity, innovation, and client success.
