JOB SUMMARY
As a
Strategic Partnerships Manager , you will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships. Your expertise in business development, relationship management, and industry networking will be essential in positioning our services for long-term success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the value of partner relationships. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings. Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners. Monitor partnership performance and recommend improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a similar role. Strong background in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or shipping. Established network within the business community. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel as needed.
