About the Role The Account Manager is a field‑facing sales role responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding Quadromed’s presence within assigned territories and product lines. This role focuses on devices and software platforms: Cardiology Anesthesiaology Physiology This role owns the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification and engagement through contracting and closing—while acting as a trusted partner to healthcare stakeholders. The Account Manager works cross‑functionally with internal teams (sales operations, marketing, clinical support, and leadership) to deliver tailored solutions that meet both clinical and operational needs. This position is ideal for a self‑directed, consultative seller who is comfortable operating in hospital environments, managing complex sales cycles, and building durable customer relationships. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a defined territory and portfolio of medical devices and consumables Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development through proposal, negotiation, and close Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, department heads, procurement, and hospital decision‑makers Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and positioning Quadromed solutions accordingly Conduct in‑person and virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations, and clinical discussions Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts Collaborate with internal teams to support training, implementation, evaluations, and post‑sale customer success Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking using CRM tools Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events as required Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, quality standards, and healthcare regulations Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets Experience selling into hospitals or healthcare systems strongly preferred Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage both clinical and administrative stakeholders Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role while collaborating with internal teams Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) Travel approximately 20% within the assigned territory Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Bilingual English/French considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
