The Opportunity: Scaling High-Ticket Revenue at AikarotechAikarotech is currently expanding its footprint in the enterprise digital space, and we are looking for a Full-Time Technical Sales Lead to help unlock our next phase of growth. We specialize in high-impact digital systems where the minimum engagement floor is $7,500. We have spent the last year perfecting the "Aikarotech Machine":The Lead Flow: We have a pre-calibrated outbound engine generating high-intent prospects. The Engineering: A world-class team capable of building complex, high-scale systems.

The Closer: A technical CEO who handles the deep-dive architecture and closes the $10k–$25k deals. We are looking for a Technical Business Development Lead who can set the stage for $10k–$25k deals.

The Challenger Mindset: You don’t "check in" or "circle back." You lead with Commercial Insight. You are comfortable creating healthy tension and challenging a prospect’s current assumptions about their digital infrastructure.

Master of the Discovery Call: You’ve moved beyond standard scripts. You use Tactical Empathy to uncover "Black Swans;" the hidden motivations or fears that keep a CEO from signing. You can navigate a 15-minute diagnostic call and leave the prospect feeling like they must speak to our CEO to survive the 2026 tech landscape. Technical Fluency: You can "talk shop" without getting lost.

You understand how Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure) impacts business continuity and why a poor Lighthouse score is a symptom of deeper revenue leakage. You don’t need to be a developer, but you must be able to translate "Technical Debt" into "Business Loss."Data-Driven Prospecting: You have a scientific approach to outbound. You don\'t just "send emails"; you optimize Instantly.ai sequences, analyze open rates, and pivot messaging based on market feedback. You treat the sales funnel like an engineering problem that can be solved with better data and sharper hooks.

The Frictionless Handoff: You are a professional communicator. You know how to package a lead so that our CEO walks into the closing meeting with a "Battle Brief" that makes the sale inevitable. Skillset Requirements:Strategic Diagnosis: Proficiency with Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and Chrome DevTools to build "Case for Change" reports. Architectural Literacy: A solid grasp of how modern web/mobile stacks and Cloud hosting (AWS/GCP/Azure) create a competitive advantage.
