Financial Manager Full job description Skills and Experience Excellent math, communication and computer skills Job Overview You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of financial and human resources functions within our organization. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional who can effectively lead the initiatives to support our company's growth and success. This is a full time position responsible for all financial and related activities for the company including, but not limited to: Month End and Year End Financial Statement preparation and back up analysis and working papers Daily banking activities and cash monitoring, monthly reconciliations All Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions and related functions Provide HR functions related to hiring and orientation of new employees Preparing bi-weekly payroll and administering related employee benefits Preparing and ensuring timely reporting and payment of Government remittances Skills and Experience Excellent math, communication and computer skills English language proficiency (read/write/speak) Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment ISO 9001, IATF 16949 experience, as well as ISO14001 experience an asset Minimum college degree or diploma in Accounting Motivated, punctual, mannerly Compensation will commensurate with experience. This position is based at our Brantford office location. This is not a remote position.
