Project Coordinator North American Construction Group Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada Where You'll Be Working Site: Fort Hills Shift: 14x7 (12 hours/day) Camp Accommodations: Provided Transportation: Flights provided to and from Calgary/Edmonton Hourly Rate: $41.00 to $45.00 Benefits Health and Safety is our #1 priority Market aligned salary & bonus program Comprehensive health benefits coverage and employer paid premiums GRRSP matching program Paid vacation and personal time Tuition reimbursement program and career growth and development Social culture and employee events What You'll Be Doing Develop, implement and maintain business unit project records Support development of monthly/yearly resource and revenue forecasting, budgets and cost reporting Report to Project Managers regarding divisional concerns, issues, and project performance Respond to requests for information and assist estimating in preparation of bids Communicate with the customer during project execution What Makes You The ONE Post‑secondary degree in technical field relating to construction or mining (preferred) Mining, Civil Engineering or Technical degrees preferred Excellent computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Office Preference for candidates with field experience in heavy civil work Additional Requirements for Site‑Based Role Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and recent Driver’s Abstract Valid CSO Subject to random testing at Suncor, Suncor Fort Hills and Kearl sites Pre‑employment testing: Breathing alcohol test, urine drug test, fitness‑to‑work health assessment, audiometric testing, vision screening Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function & Industries Other Mining EEO & Diversity Statement North American Construction Group is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work environment where every employee feels safe, valued, and respected.
