This role offers a unique opportunity to shape stakeholder success and elevate the way we deliver value.In this role, you will:Lead stakeholder collaboration to gather, analyze, and validate complex business requirementsDefine and document business processes, functional and non-functional requirements, using industry-standard tools and methodologiesAct as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment of solutions with business goalsOversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, and change management, ensuring requirements are implemented as intended and stakeholders are informedConduct strategic gap analysis, propose and design TO-BE solutions, and support decision-making through data-driven insightsEnsure solution supportability, user adoption, and post-implementation successMentor and support business analysts, contributing to team capability development and knowledge sharingWhat you will bring:3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably complex software/information systems development environmentsStrong proficiency with AI, BA tools and modeling techniquesProven expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing complex requirements and translating them into actionable specificationsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to lead workshops, drive consensus, and influence decision-making at senior levelsFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies; ability to manage backlogs, prioritize epics, and work in cross-functional teamsExperience writing detailed documentation, user stories, process models, and acceptance criteriaStrong analytical thinking with a strategic mindset and a drive for continuous improvement and user-centric outcomesFluency in both French and EnglishNice to have:Solid understanding of AI and major LLMsExperience in logistics industry (Freight, Transporters)What we offer:A working culture that is high performing, ambitious, collaborative and funCompetitive pay plansFlexible working hoursOffice perks and team activitiesWhy This Role Is SpecialYou won’t be selling “software.”You’ll be selling operating upgrades.You won’t be measured by demos booked.
