Description Lead and support ERP deployment projects across multiple business units. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications. Implement system enhancements and ensure proper configuration. Deliver user training and create documentation for processes and systems. Manage and resolve user support requests to maintain smooth operations. Profile Brings 10+ years as a Business Analyst with experience in ERP implementation and support. Experience with Oracle Applications Cloud or Oracle Business 8 (Finance modules; SCM knowledge is a plus) Bilingual in English and French and willing to travel up to 50% of the time across North America.
