We are seeking an accomplished Manager for Data Analytics and Reporting with demonstrated expertise in a range of BI reporting tools, SharePoint development, Power Automate, and Power Apps to advance data‑driven decision‑making and optimize business processes. Responsibilities Lead analytics and reporting initiatives for the team. Establish and uphold standards and best practices for reporting and data quality. Collaborate directly with senior leadership to identify requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Drive data‑informed decision‑making across the organization. Provide consistency and structure to ensure reliable leadership reporting. Analyze complex datasets, develop impactful Power BI dashboards, design automated workflows, and create secure, scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Apply advanced technical skills in Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and the Power Platform to transform raw data into valuable insights while ensuring strict adherence to security and compliance protocols. Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on SharePoint development experience (site customization, workflows, permissions). Proficiency in Power Automate (cloud flows, connectors). Strong ETL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Experience with design tools (Figma, Miro). Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Salary and Benefits Base salary: $76,400.00 – $141,400.00 annually. This is base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation.
