Join to apply for the Branch Office Administrator role at Edward Jones Base pay range: CA$48,900.00/yr - CA$54,000.00/yr Job Overview The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) works closely with financial advisors to support the client support team, providing administrative assistance, client service, and operational support throughout the branch. Role Summary As a BOA, you will provide seamless support to our clients, manage client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience in a dynamic environment. Support & Training Comprehensive 6‑month training with a peer mentor A wide support network spanning the branch, region and home office Independent work with a large team of associates backing you Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional personalized service so clients feel understood and informed Participate actively in the annual business planning process to help develop strategies for the upcoming year Listen for client situations that indicate a need for additional services Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events Qualifications & Skills Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Role Requirements Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and face‑to‑face interactions. Resolve inquiries and ensure an outstanding client experience. Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests under the direction of the financial advisor. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the advisor’s direction. Manage appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, handle correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
