Senior Project Manager (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) – Trojan – Hybrid We are seeking an experienced project leader to manage cross‑functional teams, deliver projects on time and within budget, and drive continuous improvement in our water‑treatment product line. Responsibilities Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, integrating scope, schedule, and cost management. Provide sales support during budgeting and proposal phases, reviewing contract specifications and purchase orders. Coordinate order entry and approval processes, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. Maintain and improve project contributions through effective change management and risk mitigation. Qualifications 4‑year degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience. At least 15 years of project management experience in a technical environment. Strong knowledge of project life cycle and cross‑functional team leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in customer relations, negotiations, and vendor coordination. Work‑and‑travel permit to the U.S. is required.
