We are expanding our operations in the Americas with the forthcoming establishment of a regional office in Montreal, Quebec. The aim is to access more talent and enhance our capacity for delivering high-impact solutions across North and Latin America. Position Overview We are seeking Economists or PhD Economists with strong writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills to join our Economic Consulting Division and Business Development Team. This team will be at the forefront of identifying new opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and supporting our clients with high‑end analytical products. The role will begin as a remote position and transition to a hybrid model in Q2 2026, following the opening of our physical office in Montreal, where regular in‑office presence will be expected. Key Responsibilities Contribute to / lead analytical research projects on behalf of public and private sector clients on a range of economic policy issues (e.g. project & impact evaluations, market research, surveys, cost‑benefit analyses) Manage and participate in projects on‑ and off‑site Contribute to client relationship management Track and monitor scope, schedules, and quality for multiple concurrent projects Proactively support business development including writing proposals and technical reports Co‑author publications on economic issues to strengthen company brand Knowledge management and training Willingness and ability to travel internationally (about 10%) is required Qualifications Master’s or PhD in Economics, Business, Finance, Data Science or related fields Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and impact Strong analytical and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines as task manager/team leader or team member Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn Ideally 2‑5 years of relevant work experience Fluency in written and spoken English is required Proficiency in French, Spanish or Portuguese would be a strong plus Why Join Us?
