Role Highlights Founding Team Collaboration: Work side by side with the CTO and founding team to shape the vision of our QA organization. Automation Framework Development: Build, maintain, and optimize end-to‑end automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing. Manual Testing: Execute manual test cases for new features, edge cases, and complex workflows that require human validation. Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines to improve release reliability and speed. Startup Agility: Thrive in a dynamic environment where you can have a direct impact on the product and process. Key Responsibilities Design and implement automated test frameworks for web UI, APIs, and load testing. Perform manual functional and regression testing for new features and critical releases. Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies and ensure testability in design. Qualifications Automation Expertise: 3+ years in QA automation within SaaS or startup environments. Manual Testing Skills: Experience performing hands‑on functional and exploratory testing. Test Automation Skills: Hands‑on experience with front test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Puppeteer, Selenium, etc). 1‑3 years of experience. Node.js Load Testing: Familiarity with Node.js load testing frameworks (e.g., K6, Artillery, etc). 1‑3 years of experience. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities. Problem‑Solving Skills: Exhibit exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
