OverviewPosition: Intermediate Business Analyst Client: Financial Sector Location: Hybrid - Toronto (2 to 4 days in office) Duration: 6 months Language: English Background: Our financial sector clients require the services of Intermediate Business Analysts to support efforts to digitize and increase operational efficiency of sales and services processes while reducing cost and improving customer experience.ResponsibilitiesConduct weekly Project Schedule Review & Integration with required Teams/DeliverablesProactively identify gaps vs business needsGather and document requirements and user storiesSchedule, minute, document, and follow-up on action items from the required solution & release review workshopsAssess user needs via stakeholder interviews and broader engagementAdvise and facilitate definition of project deliverables and data fields, requirements, use case mapping and future state mockups (wireframes)Collaborate with stakeholders across seniority levels and teams to understand status, map out a future state, and drive consensusPlay a key role in supporting requirement scoping, product configuration and implementation, process design, data migration, testing, roll-out and adoption of the platformLead the process of gathering feedback from UAT to deliver user-centered and innovative solutions and designsRequirements5-10 years of BA experience, defining and identifying requirements, creating wireframes, use cases and other documentation (in Word, PDF, XML, Excel)Financial Services experience, multiple Canadian bank/insurance preferredExperience working within the team including designers and developersExperience aligning stakeholder objectives and building consensusExperience with large organizations, including working across legal, compliance, privacy, fraud, etc. and establishing and maintaining standardsFamiliar with both agile/waterfall methodologies; ability to work on multiple projectsGather and document requirements/artefacts leveraging Excel, JIRA, etc.Ability to read/understand basic XML, JavaScriptFamiliar with regulatory requirements (Bill C-86 & C-96, etc.)Any experience working on Quadient, OneSpan platform, e-signature, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
