As an Occupational Therapist in our Customized Recovery and Return to Work Program, you will play a key role in assessing and treating clients who have sustained workplace injuries and require a tailored return to work program. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, individualized care that supports recovery and successful return to work and daily function. In addition to working with the RTW program, you will have the opportunity to participate in other work streams such as FCEs, Community OT services and Veterans Rehabilitation services. It is the perfect balance of work and play Your impact Our OTs provide both individual and program‑based treatments and assessments for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries. They also play a pivotal role in supporting veterans, Canadian Armed Forces members, first responders, and individuals facing physical, cognitive and mental wellness goals. In this role, you will: Provide comprehensive, evidence‑based Occupational Therapy services to clients Apply clinical expertise and professional competence in the assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow‑up of clients Perform clinical evaluations, including admission assessments, ADL assessments Identification of appropriate equipment needs with the initiation of recommendations Record assessment and treatment interventions in the client's chart Excel in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment Exhibit sound professional judgment Are you the right fit? As one of the largest networks of OTs in the nation, you will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, delivering high‑quality, client‑centred care across multiple clinics or specific clinics and community settings. Key skills and qualifications include: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of current Occupational Therapy standards, modalities and scope of practice; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. Preferably, 1‑2 years of experience as an OT Newly licensed graduates are welcome to apply. We will provide the mentorship and coaching to help you succeed in your career. Other Requirements: Clinical experience is an asset in areas such as brain injury/neurological rehabilitation, mental health, musculoskeletal/orthopedic injury, home safety, ergonomics and/or return to work. Passion for your profession and commitment to ongoing professional development Superior interpersonal relations, communication, problem‑solving, time management, computer and documentation skills Proficiency in computer skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in computer skills.
