Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Utility Sales for Western Canada, the successful candidate will support the management of Hitachi Energy sales and customer stewardship activities within assigned strategic utility accounts in British Columbia. This is a junior-level role based in Vancouver, with one day a week in-office. If you’re eager to learn, build strong customer relationships, and help shape the future of renewable energy deployment in BC, we encourage you to applyResponsibilitiesDevelop and facilitate relationships with strategic customers at all levelsApply high-level business acumen to understand customer drivers and industry trendsAct as focal point for problem resolution and monitor complaint processesMonitor key issues within assigned strategic customersCreate and execute strategic account planLeverage internal channels to improve satisfaction and maximize revenueAchieve budget targets and grow market shareLead tactical planning for bids using Capture Team SellingProvide regular reports and participate in account management communityQualificationsMinimum 2 years of related account management experienceTechnical background: Business/Engineering degree or Technician/Technologist diploma (e.g. BA, MBA, P.
