Senior Manager, Organizational Readiness Location: 1685 Tech Ave, Mississauga, Ontario, L4W 0A7 At Shoppers Drug Mart, we’re innovating health and wellness across Canada. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Execution Office, the Senior Manager, Organizational Readiness will play a pivotal role in preparing, enabling, and empowering SHN’s internal teams to navigate our strategic digital transformation. What You'll Do Lead Organizational Readiness Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change and readiness plan that prepares teams for each stage of transformation. Build Understanding and Confidence: Ensure all employees understand the why and how behind each transformation step. Change Leadership: Partner with program and functional leaders to assess change impacts and implement mitigation strategies. Communication and Engagement: Design and deliver timely, transparent communications that inform, inspire, and align internal stakeholders. Capability and Training Enablement: Collaborate with business and digital teams to design role‑based training and learning pathways. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Establish feedback loops to surface challenges early and measure readiness. Cultural Alignment: Champion a mindset shift from customization to standardization. Build confidence in SHN’s transformation journey internally and externally. Ensure clear direction and shared purpose across teams and clients. Represent the voice of readiness in the core transformation project team. What You'll Need 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational readiness, or transformation leadership roles. University degree required; MBA or related master’s degree a plus. Retail or healthcare experience is an asset. Proven success leading enterprise change initiatives within complex, cross‑functional organizations. Strong understanding of digital transformation and technology adoption principles. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker capable of translating complex change programs into actionable steps. Strong presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships. Creative problem‑solving skills and an imaginative approach to solutions.
