About the roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Product Designer with experience working on complex user journeys and product innovation. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of our revolutionary sets of AI tools. You will be responsible for bringing the voice of the user to life in product and design teams by conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity prototypes.If you are passionate about building great products, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are excited about contributing to the growth of an ambitious startup, this opportunity is for you.In this role you willIdentify user needs and preferences: Conduct thorough user research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and preferences using qualitative and quantitative methodologiesTranslate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiencesGenerate insights and deliverables that influence how our product teams think about medium and long-term product strategy, aligned with design and business KPIsMake strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and featuresAbout you4+ years of work experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer or similar roleProficiency in a diverse range of user research methodologiesAn excellent knack for user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and usabilityYou have excellent communication and presentation skills; able to effectively communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersIn addition, the following would be an advantageTechnical understanding of data analysis, machine learning, AI and LLMsPrevious experience working in a fast-paced, pre-PMF environment💻How to applyIf you are a driven Product Designer with a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
