RVA is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Transportation team in a full‑time permanent position. Duties: Assist in the preparation of contract documents and drawings. Communicate with other Project Site Inspectors and Construction Administrator or Project Manager. Set up, facilitate and participate in project meetings. Prepare meeting notes and project memorandums. Review and process contract extra work claims. Prepare and process monthly progress estimates. Liaise with clients, contractors, and the public as required. Adhere to all site safety requirements and regulations. Qualifications: Civil Tech diploma OR an undergraduate degree in Engineering from a recognized post‑secondary institution. Superior English communication skills both oral and written. Minimum 15+ years’ experience in a similar role, and related to linear projects including water mains, sewers, roads is a project requirement. Contract administrative experience is a strong asset. Must have a valid class G driver’s license and his/her own vehicle for transportation between office and assigned work site.
