General Manager – Not-for-Profit Training & Education – Simcoe County, 78904Our client is a well-established not-for-profit training and education services business offering province-wide services through a network of highly trained instructors from their headquarters in Simcoe County.We are seeking a General Manager who will lead the organization as an ambassador and manage all day-to-day operations as a passionate, hands-on leader with responsibility for facilitating all business functions, realizing the organization's stated mission and vision and ensuring it remains financially viable. You will create an open and positive environment while developing and strengthening partnerships with key government, community and business stakeholders and the board of directors.This position requires an energetic, highly-polished professional leader who is equally adept in being the key face of the organization as you are in rolling up your sleeves and growing the scalability of the entity from within.
