What you’ll be working on Processing investment transactions Correspondence via email and phone calls Achieves and maintains high quality accurate results within established service standards Supports the service and administrative requirements of the business unit Build effective relationships with clients acting as a consistent point of contact throughout the investment administration process Reconciliation of back-office database daily and monthly Ensures compliance and regulatory standards are met Processes investment transactions and service requests within established service standards Accesses and obtains data from multiple information systems Provides prompt and courteous resolution of enquiries and issues from distribution partners and customers relating to new and in-force administration; investigates and analyzes simple to complex cases Perform other related activities and participate in ad hoc projects, as necessary or as assigned What we’re looking for you to have College Diploma, University degree or equivalent experience Minimum two (2) years in the financial services industry Knowledge of insurance industry is an asset System expertise - Fundserv, Wealthserv, SharePoint, Microsoft suite Strong conflict management skills and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects Ability to research, analyze, evaluate, integrate ideas and problem solve Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Well-developed organizational, prioritization and time management skills. Ability to work well independently and as a team member Well-developed analytical, evaluation, decision-making and problem resolution skills Our hiring process includes AI screening for keywords and minimum qualifications.
