TruStone is looking to hire an Investment Administrator to join our TruStone Financial team Reporting to the Investment Manager, the Investment Administrator provides optimal support to clients with their investment in‑force and new business processing. What you’ll be working on Processing investment transactions Correspondence via email and phone calls Achieve and maintain high quality accurate results within established service standards Support the service and administrative requirements of the business unit Build effective relationships with clients acting as a consistent point of contact throughout the investment administration process Reconcile back‑office database daily and monthly Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met Process investment transactions and service requests within established service standards Access and obtain data from multiple information systems Provide prompt and courteous resolution of enquiries and issues from distribution partners and customers related to new and in‑force administration; investigate and analyze simple to complex cases Perform other related activities and participate in ad‑hoc projects, as necessary or as assigned What we’re looking for you to have College Diploma, University degree or equivalent experience Minimum two (2) years in the financial services industry Knowledge of insurance industry is an asset Strong conflict management skills and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects Ability to research, analyze, evaluate, integrate ideas and problem‑solve Well‑developed verbal and written communication skills Well‑developed organizational, prioritization and time‑management skills.
