Business Partner – Communications MarketingJoin to apply for the Business Partner – Communications Marketing role at Pomerleau.What you will doDevelop, implement, measure and report on communication plans aligned with business priorities.Advise and coach local leaders and teams on their internal and external communications and stakeholder relations.Support management team by anticipating reputational risks and managing local crisis communications in collaboration with the head office.Identify opportunities to showcase Pomerleau’s expertise, people and innovations through thought leadership opportunities, conferences, sponsorships, public relations initiatives, and other approaches.Develop relationships with industry publications and media; prepare spokespeople, develop key messages, etc.Collaborate with head office experts in Internal Communications, Marketing, Public Relations (media relations), Donations and Sponsorships, etc.Develop briefing notes for content production.Collaborate with other regional Business Partners to leverage cross-Canada opportunities.Source and manage external vendors, when needed.This role could be for you if you haveBachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field with 5 to 7 years of experience.Curious, avid learner, develops strong relationships with colleagues through excellent project execution.Ability to provide strategic advice to management, able to navigate complex situations.Autonomous and proactive, able to be both strategic and tactics-oriented.Solid English writing skills.Works best in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.BenefitsRRSP with up to 5% employer matching.Hybrid work model for corporate roles.Employee stock ownership program.Career growth through real development opportunities.Transit pass reimbursement — get to work for free.Minimum 4 weeks of vacation from day one.Ready to build your career?
