The opportunity We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory, Management Consulting team as a Full Time Consultant/Senior Consultant working in our Vancouver practice starting in Spring (May) 2026. Positions are available in the following service line: People and Change (P&C) What You Will Do We advance our client’s business performance by helping to shape and navigate the important people dynamics related to the transformation of work, capabilities, and behaviours. We assist our clients with strategic alignment, workforce shaping, embedding inclusion and diversity, capability building & learning, digital HR transformation and culture shifting. What You Bring To The Role For Consultant Level You are graduating or have graduated from a university degree program (various disciplines). You are highly motivated, enthusiastic about varied challenges. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You have a strong academic record. You can work independently without supervision. You possess strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. You have a strong sense of personal accountability. You have entrepreneurial drive and are a creative problem solver. For Senior Consultant Level Senior Consultants usually join with significant work experience, coming from an MBA, PhD, MD, JD or other advanced degree program. You are able to make an immediate significant impact. Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity. Proven ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines. Entrepreneurial drive and creative problem solving. Strong academic record from undergraduate or master’s degree. Can support general project management and oversee planning, scheduling, and completion of objectives. How You Will Succeed Take opportunities to learn, adapt, and use insights. Drive quality and deliver high‑quality results. Foster innovation and experimentation. Build collaborative relationships internally and externally. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $66,000 - $85,000 base salary. Eligible for bonus awards. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program. We offer health, dental, and other benefits.
