Visit us here to find out more about Accenture's Oracle practice:**The Work****Responsibilities:*** As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Consultant, your daily tasks will include:* Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, ensuring system stability and performance.* Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.* Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.* Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Core HR functionalities.* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Core HR configurations, processes, and procedures.* Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.* Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR reports* This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office.**Here’s what you need:*** At least 5 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules* Configure application functionality and assist with testing to ensure quality delivery* Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is considered.* English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
