Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Advisor role based in Mississauga, ON. The Sales Advisor will deliver exceptional customer service to clients, build meaningful and long-lasting relationships, and help clients elevate their personal style through expert product knowledge and recommendations. Daily responsibilities include actively engaging with clients on the sales floor, achieving sales goals, maintaining merchandising standards, and participating in training to expand product and service knowledge. The ideal candidate will provide a high level of professionalism and contribute to Harry Rosen's culture of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful client relationships and foster trust
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and personalized care
  • Proven sales experience, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Enthusiastic about learning and participating in training programs to deepen product and service expertise
  • Passion for luxury menswear and an understanding of current style trends
  • Ability to thrive in a professional, team-oriented, and client-focused environment
  • Proficiency in using retail technology and embracing innovation is an asset
